To provide our Tai Chi Flow Methodology™, we collect high-fidelity kinematic data including stroke velocity, path vectors, and pressure proxies. This data is used solely for the purpose of real-time coaching and progress tracking.

2. Educational Compliance (COPPA & FERPA)

For our K-12 institutional users, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). We do not sell student data, and institutional data is only accessible to authorized teachers and administrators through the Teacher Portal.

Your Right to Deletion

You have the absolute right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. To do so, you may navigate to the "Account Settings" within the Student or Parent Portal and select "Permanently Delete Account," or contact our Data Privacy Officer at [email protected]. Once requested, all kinematic logs and personal identifiers will be purged from our servers within 30 days.

3. Research Anonymization

Anonymized, aggregated data may be shared with Higher Learning research partners. This data contains no personally identifiable information (PII) and is used strictly for neuro-motor and cognitive studies.
